Yes ,,TS betul .. and do you that,, when accident happen to those cbu model ,, the spare parts are difficult to order..
Cause thier parts are also cbu pakai kapal dtg ..
And waiting period for parts up to 6 month , if the parts service center tak ada reserve left over ..

Good luck to those cbu pickup truck lover ..

Made in Malaysia or Thailand is the same thing. Made in Japan is different. I don't think there are any pick-ups made in Japan and sold in Malaysia.

You have to understand. For the time being, you cannot compare prices like tht. All the while, all trucks are exempted from excise duty as they are categorised as commercial vehicles. Plus Thailand is part of ASEAN free trade agreement, so no import duty. So ckd and cbu prices for trucks are similar. Car is another story comparing ckd and cbu

The Ranger is the best pick-up truck on the market. It has been for around 6 years. Even after all of the competitors launched new models, the Ranger is still the best overall.

If you are buying a new truck, just wait until November when Ford launches the updated Ranger.

I have my eye on a Raptor. I went to Kia to check out the Stinger and the Ford was next door so I went in to ask about the Raptor. The SA said they would be launching the new Rangers in November.

Raptor is good but i heard a lot people not happy because the safety features are missing

Cheaper models in the ranger line up like the wildtrak have the features while the more expensive raptor model doesnt have it.

Well its not big deal to me but to be honest if it is expensive might as well have it for the price.

The missing features are ( 6 advanced super front sensors ) previously was 4 but the 2 front corner sensors are very high end i heard

Autopilot parking... Auto park in a 45 degree for you. Maybe useful for some

Assisted emergency braking... ahh this one is good to have because i always encounter people shove their car or motorcycle in a split second without warning. Basically brakes for you

So far i like the front sensors. Good for city drive and park while the AEB really really helps in tightspot situation
