Hi property sifus, wanna ask for income 5k++ what is the maximum eligible loan amount. I only have RM400+ car installment to pay every month, which I can also payoff the whole loan to apply housing loan.

around rm1700+- per month. if u loan 30 years, then 1700x12x30=612000 including interest. so principal is 612000/2 = rm300k.
around 300k for 30 years. if u loan 15 years, then 1700x12x30=306000. but interest is lower, so its about 306000/1.5= rm200k. around 200k for 15 years. just a rough estimate. |

If you clear the car loan, I think you will be eligible around 2k per month, 35 years loan which around 400k++ house value..
