i did topup my prepaid mobile no rm5 and today i got rm4 cashback.
so if i topup rm50 will i guaranteed rm40 cashback?

Don't think so. The one you are referring to is the old promotion for 80% cash back which they have changed to only rm4 cash back and the TnC mentioned that you can only get it once.
