Authentication Key Problem, Formatted PC

I formatted my PC few years back, now I'd like to play Starcraft 2: Heart Of The Swarm. But, I only get to play Wings Of Liberty. When I want to continue playing Heart Of Swarm campaign, can't.
When I key in the Authentication Key, it appears: "An error has occurred. This code has already been claimed!" Of course la kan, I already used them few years back. So, now, how to solve this problem? Bought this CD box installer. Please help. Anyone?  |
