Bios Chip Question, DFI Lanparty UT NF4-SLI DR Expert

Hey guys i have just recieved a bios chips from DFI Taiwan for my faulty ultra-d bios chip, and was wondering whether the bios chips are compatible with my lp expert? or is it just for the nf4 ultra-d > nf4-sli dr range..? thx

its worth to try but, i cant guarantee its working 100% as long i remember, eXpert series much different with any ultra-d ~ nf-4 sli dr range.. their BIOS also not same This post has been edited by gengstapo: May 29 2007, 02:41 PM

U need find in the website mostly at outside country, try searching at lowyat plaza & imbi plaza there got this type of BIOS chip??  but this BIOS is very hard or rare to get it here......

@Daywalker bro im not trying to uy another bios chip...i have one..im just wondering whether it is compatible with the expert boards.... coz its delivered to me as a ultra-d bios chip...
@gsan u mean the bios chipo physical or the mobo?

u can use the ultra D bios if not mistaken, but then again u need to flash to an SLI bios. the chip itself is pretty generic/universal.

no i want to use the bios chip.... not the bios...im just wondering whether it would be able to boot for me to flahs to the sli bios...
