I used to feel pain on the knee and patella when walk up stair, the doctor told me that this is because the natural cushioning between joints -- cartilage -- wears away.
Many people know about Glucosamine an Chondroitin, and every pharmacy selling this two type of supplements.
A year ago I watch a foreign TV programme, they talk about "Undenatured Collagen type II" (UC-II) very good in improve joint health.
So I tried to find this in local pharmacy, strange is neither "Caring" nor "Guardian" selling this UC-II.
So I search eBay and found "Fine Japan UC-II", so I order it from Japan.
After taking this UC-II supplement continuosly for 1 year, I don't fell pain anymore when walk upstair.

Even more strange is, I talk to my doctor (an Orthopaedic expert) about UC-II and he doesn't know what is UC-II !!
