I should say...i have learnt this lesson "don't purchase something thru Carousell and Mudah.my" as they never have team to hold and release the money to seller.
RULE #1. If they insist on postage, always assume 99% is a scammer, no matter how legit the account is, even if they say they are company and/or got SSM. ALWAYS COD. Too many people have learnt this the HARD WAY, me included.

who's dupe? are u meant scammer? yes, i posted their both idiot scammer...they didn't use their real name as seller, managed to find their photo...not really feel embarrassing here....i hope others can track them out. And i hope not using word of attacking to ur guys. i just open new account here, new user.
Own mistake - blindly put trust on other (especially individual seller). High value item always choose COD, if don't have COD go buy with company that do delivery not individual seller.

Ask yourself TS why buy from him instead from a reputable seller or physical shop? The lure of attractive too good to be true cheap pricing? Suckers fall for it everytime ....

Ask yourself TS why buy from him instead from a reputable seller or physical shop? The lure of attractive too good to be true cheap pricing? Suckers fall for it everytime ....
It's similar to money game scam and why people still fall for it. They are blinded by greed even though knowingly the return of investment seems unrealistic and impossible to be true. For the majority, buy trend priority is go for the cheapest or squeeze the most out of the seller or don't buy at all. Never put reputation first above the pricing factor and that's why so many scam cases. As for me I do survey for the best offer too when buying but not for those unknown sellers with unrealistic cheap item prices in which most probably is a scam. Always stick to the word 'the law of diminishing returns.'

I have seen many cases happened among friends, relatives. they won't use logic when it comes to money-by the end of the day kana by those scammers who playing long con. if the investment is too good why don't financial institution invest of it?
same thing like aliexpress-if they sell it cheap cheap doesn't mean it will last long
