I think Google Maps is doing some weird shit. I remember browsing this street view last year, and checked old shots and did not see this red van and workers. But I remember seeing a Viva at the front gate. Now I can't find that view anymore.

Also, I don't think the story in this video is real.

Maybe company house.
I know that TNB and many government department inherited a lot of houses from the colonial era that they didn't care to maintain so they became rumoured haunted house when it isn't.

One of my relatives is a wife of Ngan Yin peanuts, she used to live in a bungalow owned under company name also until she didn't bothered with the old house so it became abandoned, and people rumoured it to be haunted, even when there is no murder or anything that take place.

Given that the house is so large and with two expensive cars, the owner should be somewhat quite well known.

Owner possibly own multiple houses/cars while son/daughter are all oversea and can't be bothered and no financial pressure to sell to low ballers..
