Hello.
Tried charging Pocophone F1 using Ugreen 20W Power Delivery. Everytime plugged in: 1. Charging for approximately 3 seconds (fast charging symbol apears). 2. Not charging for 1.5 seconds (can hear sound charger disconnected) 3. Re-charging continuously (as ot should) Can anyone explains why? If using 18W QC 3.0 charger and Type-C cable, not facing this issue. P/s: Try uploading the video here, but failed. P/p/s: Can paste reddit link here? Thank you for the explanation.Am concern this charge-discharge-charge will impact battery's charging cycle, thus shorten its life. |

QUOTE(pandikar @ Jan 27 2021, 01:58 PM) Thank you for the explanation. By right the charge-discharge-charge "checking" only happens for the 1st 15 seconds after plug-in the USB-C port cable.... if it constantly happens until 100% charged, then, something not right edy...Am concern this charge-discharge-charge will impact battery's charging cycle, thus shorten its life. pandikar liked this post

QUOTE(pandikar @ Jan 27 2021, 05:30 PM) Depends on the USB-C cable too. Try use the stock cable paired with that 18W charger. pandikar liked this post

QUOTE(skylinelover @ Jan 31 2021, 09:15 PM) haha wow this is already in the legendary hall of fame yoh Current newer phones even mid range already pricing like cibai. Now older phones have better value than the newer ones. Manufacturers try to kill them off but its not working due to their newer devices priced so bloody high. People rather stick to their older phones longer. Not to mention here not gonna gave 5G until 2022, guess I'm gonna stick to my F1 throughout this whole year as well. No point upgrading now.still going strong huh...lets see what F3 has in store this round hahahaha |

Key to make people change phone like change underwear, could be to make phone as affordable as underwear |
