Guys, can tell me which tempered glass you use on your F1?

I've been using AG tempered glass for quite some time but they are too sensitive. Can crack even in pocket
Takde jatuh but still crack. One of them doesn't even last a day

Haven't been using any SP since day 1 LOL
Only got a few micro scratches thats it. Never fell.

miui12 bug
1. duplicate notification on lockscreen, 1 WhatsApp msg become 3
2. sometime when there is notification, the flashlight will ON by itself.
3. sometime when unplug the power after charging, the flashlight again will turn on by itself.

bonus: the new Control Center looked nice, but I can't get use to swipe down (left) to get the notification

Wow so many bug. I didn't encounter any of the above issues.

On the side note manage to VOLTE (Digi)

The purpose to apply TG is to ensure any "external" force resultant from dropping will be "absorbed" by this TG. It is meant to be broken. Its job is to "absorb" impact. So, don't feel guilty if the TG is broken and be glad that it has served its design intent.

But if crack due to unknown force (be it in pocket), probably the TG is too thin or perhaps we un-noticely bump the phone on walls, tables, chairs, etc. while it's in the pocket.

The only crucial part when applying a TG is the oleophobic coating and "halo" effect surrounding the screen. Cheap TG does not have long lasting oleophobic coating layer. Some TG, exhibit "halo" effect and can be mitigated by applying some sort of "low viscosity" liquid around the screen.

Me's F1 is using the cheap anti-blue matte TG... RM8.25++. Ensure to buy 2 units just in case the 1st application is not successful...

I can understand if the crack is caused by impact, that's understandable
But the thing is, the crack happens while it was just in my right pocket, happens three times and I don't put anything else inside my right pocket everything else is on the left pocket & my back pocket

I'm not fat to begin with, so it's not because of high pressure and the crack even happen when I'm not using a case at all, if the thickness of the case causes higher pressure in the pocket, again I can understand, but that's not the case at all

I'll try to buy the glass you mentioned above, hopefully this one will last

Not at all. Coz im using ringke fusion case with it. Drops countless times. Still ok. Only got micro scratches all around.

Not using any TG since my screen still crack while using TG when drop last time.Now just use naked. Got a case that have side that are higher than the screen. Drop many time again no more crack.

I don't like thick cases

I only use IMAK transparent hard case, quite thin. But still hard as I don't like soft case too

Yes, its a thick ass case but definitely durable like a tank.

Finally found a perfect screen protector. Flexible screen protector but thick enough to absorb any drops without breaking the actual glass
Some people call it nano protector? Not quite sure what to call it

This should last a while and will never break

I didn't have any of these issue
But then again, I did a clean install of the MIUI 12 through Fastboot.
Not a dirty upgrade

Mine just OTA as usual, no such issue too.

Just updated about 5+ apps no issues.

so far mine performance is okay, but I do feel the device is hotter.
still the bug I mentioned is still there.

now still didn't have time to factory reset.

but I think better to request unlock code for bootloader, and straight Dive in Android 11
