Battery life reallly gooding on 10.2.2. overnight on airplane mode didnt drop % at all

so far mine ok. no issues. have you updated ROM? i felt 10.2.2 has made experience much much better and smoother too

it has been known, or reported that Umobile has issue with F1 (or almost most all xiaomis) . i'm on umobile too. check my history replies here. samsung/huawei doesnt have issue with umobile, so i'm still skeptical it is a network thingy

Looks like all Telco got issues here lol. What I can say is, umobile tested on a few Huawei (3c,4c,5x,2i) and s7e has no issue. So highly it is mi's problem

i would recommend spending a little more (few hundreds) in that case to get poco. reason:
a) camera(optics) would be definitely be better. (Gcam makes it even sweeter)
b) SD845, guess it should last good for 2yrs at least
c) support/community/custom rom definitely plenty more
d) 64gb is definitely sufficient for normal users, there's expansion slot

'issues' of getting midranger:
- performance probably good for current - 1yr more, then the lagginess starts kicking in
- with that, u probably start feeling frustrated
- high probability that updates/software will be limited

Don't get me wrong, there's nothing wrong with midranger, probably some foresight consideration, poco would be a smarter choice. i went through this phase a few times, getting a midranger, yet something felt lacking. eg; SD625 @ 2018 felt stutter even on android one.

Is a greatphone for its price, neverthless, a few shortcomings mainly reported here
a) yellow tint camera issue
b) touch ghost effect
