I tried Kordel's Glucosamine Plus Chondrotin 500/400 because I want to cure my right knee. My right knee still hurting until today because I accidentally hit the furniture when carrying 2 years ago. But after few days, my left knee started to feel discomfort and I stopped taking it immediately. Can it hurt my left knee or maybe I'm wrong?

Don't think glucosamine will cause discomfort to your left knee.

I guess because of your right knee is hurt, you move your body weight toward your left knee while you walk or workout. Long term that might hurt your left knee.

Suggest you make a visit to ortho doctor or specialist to get it check.

Can the supplement grow bone spur on my left knee and cause pain?

1. glucosamine chondroitin does nothing to cure that kind of injury........so money down the drain.
2. no idea why you have discomfort at left knee........why don't you go have it check if you are concerned about it?

if have damage of the cartilage aka rubbing surface in joint capsule

I ate KFC after taking the 1st capsule I purchased that day.

Dona, ie glucosamine, is quite useful for joint pains, especially if osteoarthritis is involved.
Taking it wouldnt have increased your knee pain.
It is not a known side effect of Dona

Forgot to mention that I sit in front of computer playing PC games almost every night for average 4 hours in my bedroom with air con and short pants. Is this one of the reason causing my knee discomfort in a long term?
