Hi guys, so brief intro I sell security doors for some time and I'm here to answer any questions any of you have about security doors as I know most of u have not much idea what security door is for besides security.

So if u guys have anything to ask, this post is for you to share or ask anything relating to security doors.

What design u want. Double layer type of doors or single layer?

How to check the quality of a security door? Picture below is a security door that was so easy to break in

Basically if u want check, check the lock system. The lock system is the most important thing in a security door. Those type of locks u showed are the most basic and oldest lock. Basically gives no security as a simple crowbar can handle the door easily.

If u looking for real security doors. Looks for those with anti crowbar, hook bolt type locks, 1mm electro galvanized iron plates.

btw just want to ask ur view on one of the security door (3-in-1) i recently saw at some roadshow.

Their premium is not bad as they use 316 stainless steel. Tested it at exhibitions and feels really good. But tbh, for side doors and probably back door would be fine but a normal security door would still be better for plain security
