Could you be more specific? How tough is it? What aspects do they test us on? I'm interested in applying for BAT management trainee in few months time.

TS: Last time I asked the HR guy during career fair 2007. They told me management trainee is around RM2000, after the 2 years programme, then promoted to can't remember what position then earn around RM4k plus minus.

RM2.5k for a year...and it takes a quantum leap in terms of salary after your 'graduation'.

although BAT is one of the major players in the tobacco industry i would say its a very good MNC to work for. the perks are great and pay isn't too bad either. if u want to relate it to smoking. smoking is more at a personal level where it is your own choice to smoke. and if u work for BAT i dun think they actually force you to smoke or allow people to smoke freely in the work place.
