Could you recommend/ quote the cost for CPU only?

Gaming only 30%
Computer running 24 hours - most of the time for big application and multitasking job.

Maximum 2k sir, and most of the time 3d application and graphic processing.

My current mobo blown up. so i need a proper circulation (coolant if possible) as i running it 24 hours. (Cater for CCTV monitoring as well)
