GPU : Preferrably RTX2080Ti but with current market price, suggest please.
RAM : 32GB 3600MHz DDR4, if got budget can go 64 GB

hi, would like the quotation for the below specs. My budget is <3k, planning to use it for 4k video editing, AutoCAD and Photoshop. Will it be doable?

I think this specs would be the max I would go for, or please advise if you have better opinions about it. It'll definitely help more if you can quote on lower range specs that would be suitable for my usage too.
