CPU: no preferences, please suggest
GPU: NVIDIA card
MOBO: no preferences, please suggest
RAM: 1x16GB
SSD: 500gb
HDD: 1TB
PSU: prefer gold edition
CASE: not interest with all those led, lighting etc, a low profile case with good sound damping will do.

Alright just the PC alone or do you need the following also?
- Monitor (If already have please let me know model. Need to know connection)
- Wifi Adapter (If you don't use LAN cable)

Sorry your budget is too low. RTX 3060Ti itself will costs in excess of 2K I'm afraid.
