Sorry budget too low. Even with second hand, I doubt you can get a decent parts with that budget.

Boss..thinking to build a pc to to use for playing hd video n music only, n using hdmi to connect to my tv. Normally only play bluray ripped hd video. Must have toslink or coaxial output so that i can connect to external amplifier. Dont play game at all. Wifi is needed also. Budget ard 1200-1500...tq boss
