Asus motherboards are on the high side if I'm honest. How many USB 3.0 ports do you need in total ya?

What's your recommendation for mobo? Cos I've been longterm Asus supporter for other components. I need reliability. My current build lasted 13 years before KO.
USB 3 at least 2 in front and 2 at the back. Additional can be usb2.

Scouting for suitable PC build options, could use a quote for help.

Usage : 1080 reso. gaming at 144 fps and above, inclusion of streaming/recording, don't think I'd ever have the eyes to appreciate 4K.

CPU: i5 9400F
GPU: RTX 2060 (I would go RX 5700 XT valuewise but they don't come up with NVENC encoding for OBS...)
MOBO: Could use a recommendatjon
RAM: 8GB
SSD: 240GB
HDD: 1 TB
PSU: Could use a recommendation
CASE: Could use a recommendation, preferrably with moderate space for future possible upgrades.

MONITOR: Could use a recommendation
KEYBOARD : Could use a recommendation
MOUSE : No need

Looking for a good build that fits an excellent balance between value and performance. Would love to receive some advice if I should find a better component compared to those I put out to compensate for better overall PC performance, especially gaming and streaming-wise. Sadly have min. knowledge on RAM, SSD and HDD brand and performance so I'd appreciate some suggestions on those.

Budget :-

RM3500 (without monitor & keyboard)
RM4XXX (with monitor & keyboard, though I'd love to receive some options that would put me below RM4XXX even with these peripherals)
