Usually the actual width and depth measurement is lesser than stated.
E.g. The stated 2" is actually 1.75"

Ya, I know, but I think woodworking thread should be under hobby rather than in home renovation section.

Welcome to the club and hope you can share your woodworking related knowledge here.

I'm currently working on my DIY clamp for my first project since clamps is not that cheap to buy, especially the long ones.
I'll share my project once I have finished with it.

I am seriously considering getting the Stanley STST1825 .. any advice before I clicked the cart button ? Any similarly priced table saw that I should consider? Many thanks in advance - Kc
