Website showing expected completion date is Dec 2023, but if based on SPA, latest is July 2024.

Range from RM700k to RM1m. My unit is RM819k. This is SPA price though.

There is 10% rebate when I purchase. Not sure now still available. Better check with SA.

Last time I check, still have 20unit, but all intermediate unit.

Yes Beronia is terrace 20x70. May be well received so developer increase price for every phase...

Generally, SEH2 is the nice place, the only downsize is the HTC.

I am not so worry about HTC, just a bit sore eyes only. From what I understand, Beronia is about 300m away from HTC which should be consider safe. Springfield residence price higher and more towards cluster home, which I not so like it.
