Was wondering are there new G&G landed developments with dual key concept around preferably KL/cyberjaya area?

Has developer applied this concept at all?

i guess it's called.. townhouse?

cascadia puchong is one of it.

it's not extremely popular tho.

dual key concepts are commonly used for high rise developments.

yet to see this concept in G&G landed except for townhouses (eg. Unit A - whole of ground floor and partial 1st floor ; Unit B - partial 1st floor and whole of 2nd floor)
