Save up and have more cash = lesser loan, 3 years from now, when all the high density projects VP, rental will drop and there will be many eager seller in the market.
Take your pick then and can bargain

Some developers are starting to lower their new launch price and expect more to follow suit. Southlink is a high density project and u may even get a chance to buy an auctioned unit in 2 years time
