 Which property to get, Southlink and/or Duta Park

Southlink has bigger pool of tenant from neighbor offices a d proximity to lrt. In few years, kerinchi be further linked by SPE. and hence my view southlink more flexibility as investment.

Dutapark is excellent if you work in klcity and primarily using car as transport.
