Currently it is only release in China. They might release international version later, but nothing is confirm. Not sure if this is ever come to Malaysia. The previous version, Honor Note 8 didn't release in Malaysia too. I got it from HK.

HK price can add another rm200ish. 8GB in HK is hkd4580.
I messed with the 6GB demo unit in china. Decently snappy. Smaller than I expected. Screen looks good. Big phone good price. Im waiting for the 8GB to be available on the street in china.

Honor Malaysia did tease the Honor Note 10 (CN Unit) in their fanpage few days ago.

I feel that they are currently working on the international version. Besides that, I don't feel that it will be released early as their spotlight is on Mate 20 next month.

Those who knows knew the ONLY reason why Samsung have their Note series is because of that S Pen. None of their other series have that pen.

Hauwei can call their phone Honor Whatever. To call it a Note is trying to mislead.

I was thinking mate 10 will come with the new kirin 980 but it seem it just clearing out 970. Everything are good: screen size, ram, rom, battery capasity & good looking. Lack of 3.5mm jack isnt problem for me because i always use bluetooth earphones. I have 3 so i can switch either one but i dont think need to as my jabra 25e can last to almost 3 days (10hrs cont' usage/day).

Still in China? If u are, can tumpang u to get one unit. 128gb. Wanted to order from China but there is risk of delivery

You don't know how wrong you are. Samsung is over priced. Been thinking of stop using Samsung but but I need to use the S Pen everyday.

So every time another brand comes out with Note, aka, having an S Pen. I will take a look. But every time I got cheated because there are no Pen even though they misleading saying they have.

Hello... this thread is to discuss abt honor note 10, not abt samsung note 10 which will be launching next year with a pen. Very obvious honor note series doesn't have any pen. So pls stop the silly & childish argument that honor need to change name just to please your baseless assumption note must come with a pen. Many ppl are looking forward for this phone model that DOES NOT come with a fu*king pen!

Not a new thing tbh.

My speculation would be that they are just clearing out the Kirin 970 stocks they have left with the phone.

The phone is such a big hit in China, so I don't think they have any plans to manufacture it for international demand as Kirin 980 is ready (or even started) for mass production.

Look like I need to get it from China then. I saw someone selling at SG for 128GB/6GB but it is black color. I am looking forward for blue color. Now i considering if I should buy the black color as I am at SG now. After conversion is about RM2100, which is a bit more expensive

The answer is yes, I have the honor note 8 which is from China and I still getting OTA. Infact the latest OTA upgraded it to Android 8.0. Which is very good except the processor of the phone is a bit lag now, otherwise it is a perfect phone.

I do not think it is coming to Malaysia as Honor have replied to someone asking earlier that they will not bring this model here. This is the contest only and if you read carefully, it did mentioned, to be the "only" owner of this Honor Note 10. This mean that it is not available for sale otherwise, it cannot be the "only" owner of this model.

Anyway, let see how it goes. I don;t mind getting a unit to use now while waiting to see what is new in Mate 20

The same happen for P8Max few years back, where there is so much demand for it. Even at their facebook page, there is many request but at the end, they did not bring this model to Malaysia. They have it in Thailand, Indonesia but not in Malaysia and Singapore even the demand is good here. I end up getting it from Thailand. The same happen for Honor Note 8, I end up buying China model at HK.

This phone is not launch globally yet, there is no global rom available. Every set u see now are all from China as it is only available for sale in China

No need, u just need to install one time. In fact, the current china rom already have google playstore installed, just not activated. It is very easy to activate the Google playstore, even more easier then before. You just need to go into Huawei app store, look for Google Playstore and just update it. It will appear on your phone after that.

I do not have the unit yet as the seller still haven't send my unit out. I have cancel the earlier order as DirectD selling cheaper on store than the one listed at 11street previously. I have order from Gstore using lazada but seem that it taking own sweet time to sent the unit out. If by this evening the unit not sent out, I will cancel the order again and will go DirectD this weekend to buy from the store directly. I am currently at JB.

Based on my previous phone from China, Honor Note 8 and P8 Max, shouldn't be any problem. GPS is always good with Huawei. Never had any issue.

How long did WOW phone took to ship out to you? I try order from them but it took like 3 days and still not shipped out. Try message them but no respond. I finally cancel the order and ordered from Gstore. I have just received it. Great phone. Very impressive with the outlook and performances.

That price is for 64GB version. The 128GB version cheapest is 1899 from wow phone but the service is like . I still do not think that there will be any MY set, some say FB mentioned MY set coming but from what i read from honor FB, they will have contest to win only one MY version of this phone. Yes, damn slow. 27th bought, 29th packed. Today 30th langsung no courier update. I did called them on 28th, they said got to wait dunno what thing to approve, then only can post out.

I did read that post, and some say will coming on mid of Sept too.

It's is very easy to make My version. The rom is already for international. You will find all language in China rom. All they need to do is remove all China apps, put in some local My apps and activate all Google service. There u got My version. Even my China unit rom have BM language.

You try insert a Yes 4G sim card see the data line working or not and can call out? I try many times cannot and there are no Volte logo came out! Normally for China set the Volte logo just show HD.

Yup, received it. Quite impressed with it.

Almost same size with Honor Note 8 but slimmer and bigger screen. The Kirin 970 is fast.

Yup, both working fine. I have not been using as my main phone yet as I am still busy at work, haven't got time to transfer everything yet. I really like the blue color, really outstanding.

Surprising, although the phone came with screen protector installed from factory, in the box it given another tempered screen protector for free.

How about the fingerprint sensor? Is it black? I order blue color too.
