Where can I get the cheapest PHD tuition fee in local University(SPA acknowledged)? Have anyone do a survey on that?

I believe UTAR is the cheapest. Even cheaper than the public universities.

What field are you going to study? For Medicine, I believe fees for UKM and UM are RM4000 and RM7000 per semester, respectively. Not sure about USM but few years ago tuition fee was RM4200.

The fees for research based PHD will not be that high in M'sia right?
In MMU/UTAR, i believe it's around rm2k~5k / year for tuition fees.

UTAR is cheaper than Open University

UiTM is the cheapest. If you're bumi, then can benefit from cheap fees.

Yes. I believe UTAR's fee is among the lowest now. Before this was UTP, but they raised the fee a few folds lol.

if u want scholarship and fully sponsored PhD, u can try University Malaya, UM offering many post for research assistant. Whereby u can further your PhD wih sponsorship from research grant.
