I plan to cancel my quantum visa card since there will be a rm25 ST charge to the card on Sept..Any idea what can i change with just 1000+ vip points on that card? Feel a bit waste if just burn the points like that.

Email pbb regarding the partial month statement cycle cash back but didnt get any reply from pbb so i just give a call to pbb cs..been told that it wont be entitled cash back for my july transaction( no july statement given) because i already use the max cash back on the month of August(1st statement on 30 August)..PBB cs is unpolite when talk to their customer! This girl rise her voice when talking with me when i want to file a dispute regarding this matter, and she said i cant file a dispute because i already use the max cash back on August..very disappointed.

Already email last week but didnt get any reply that why i only call PBB cs..Maybe need to email again and see how.

Then i need to be more patient for waiting them to reply my previous email before sending the second email..wait 1 more week before i email again

Neway SS2 is under drinking place so it not entitled for PBQV cash back..PBCS didnt want to tell about MCC code,just tell this is under drinking place & not entertainment category..CS said cant transfer VIP points to PBQM..Lost all my VIP points after terminate this card.
