Is it just me or is Public Bank really dragging their feet when it comes to credit card application?
Compared to Maybank, I would have received the card last week & till today, there has been totally no news other than Public Bank CS asking for more pay slips.

Went to the branch to check for the status of my CC & was pleasantly surprised that it's indeed ready for collection. So yea, PBB really didn't bother calling customers to collect their CC. |
