I have called CS and they said there is delay in processing the CB for week 6 and will be done by end Sep.

My friend did all 8 transactions at 7.43am 6th Aug but still cannot get CB. He called PBB and they said call he was late as the RM 30000 CB depleted already. Not sure if it is a lie
|

I got WK 6 & 7 CB and also around the same time.
Can’t see the pattern
