I have a supp card approved on 1 Sep and yet to receive too...although the approval SMS indicated the card will be delivered "in the next 3 days". Not sure if long holidays are delaying the progress.

Edit: Just checked with CS that my card was only posted out on the 6 Sep, even though approval was a few days earlier

Oh ya, one more question, supp card holder must appear at branch to collect the card? Or principal card holder can collect on behalf?

I activated my supp card through IVR and the following are required:

1. Supp card IC no.
2. Supp card no. last 8 digits
3. OTP sent to supp cardholder's registered phone no.

As for PBe, I remember supp cardholder with separate statement can only register for that at the nearest branch.

Try and call PB with a fixed line or other phone numbers (other than supp card's registered no.) for the IVR, so that you can receive the OTP instantly.

I experienced delays in receiving OTP to my supp's registered number while calling PB to activate pin during IVR with the same number. Waited too long for OTP to arrive until it failed.

It seems like there's no common pattern of card combination (VS, QV, QM or Main vs Supp) used in swiping, for those who didn't get the Week 6 cashback. Really strange...

Anybody missing Week 9 cashback? All my transactions were transacted on 27 Aug (before 8am), using the following cards:

1x PB VS
6x PB QV
1X PB QM

My weeks 6, 7, 8 were done on a similar basis but gotten cashback.

He's just saying "MIGHT", judging on the timeframe needed for cashback to be credited based on the campaign TnC. "MIGHT" only indicates a possibility, not absolute certainty biggrin.gif

I used all principal cards also didn't get CB for Week 9-10, so using supp card is not an issue.

Hi, for supp card with separate statement and no access to PB eBanking, does PB send out hardcopy statement or email to supp's registered email address (during application)?

My supp's statement date is the same as principal. I've received email statement for my principal account, but not for my supp yet.
