1. Is both Public bank Quantum MasterCard & Quantum Visa will earn cb for topping up bigpay?

2. Any ATM can be used to withdraw cash of bigpay account with RM6 fees?

3. Whats is the minimum amount has to be maintain in bigpay? eg. bigpay wallet balance RM606, can I withdraw RM600?

4. whats the public bank promotion every is talking about --> reload midnight, ch RM38....
