So, anyone cancelled their Quantum Visa and keep the Quantum Master?

Could it be done this way?

Reason I’m asking is because SST RM25 for each Quantum cards?

The point is to know, why there isn't cashback for that particular week.

There doesn't seem to be any clear sign on why there isn't CB...which makes it very annoying.

P/S: I've some friends whom I've invited/promoted this and they don't get the CB as well...reloading BP around 8am-9am. Frustrating right?

Already emailed, with full details plus the OTP as evidence...

But I think I kinda now what happened, maybe for my case...not my fault, looks like PBB fault. But I reserve my comment for now...

Hmm...didn't expect this but I managed to get cash reversal for RM25 SST...

Only my main PB VS though, supplementary doesn't seem to reflect in my statement...

I wrote in here after noticing the charges in the latest statement and after cybpsych mentioned no harm trying...that’s what I did. A call to SC but the girl said no reversal...I asked her to try for both my principal and supplementary. After that, I didn’t put much hope, but was surprised when I logged into pbe.

Annual usage probably RM12k, maybe slightly more
