It took me 3 weeks to get my quantum card approved (receive sms confirmation). The cards then arrive my house few days after received the sms. So you might want to wait more patiently.

For me reapplying serves no purpose... your cc application get rejected because your criteria doesnt pass the minimum score requirement. The bank officer have a set of SOP in processing the application... Its not easy for the credit officer to override the decision by the system. In fact for some bank, they actually penaltise your "score" for frequent application within short period of time because its a sign that you need money and your financial condition is not good...
