Hey guys,
Just want to ask if it is possible to have a balance transfer to this new PBB Quantum card at 0% interest or NO one time charge from my existing installment plans from HSBC Amanah?
These installment plans are just big ticket items such as electronics on installment basis until 2019
And also is it possible to get two quantum cards? One for master and one for visa as both has different cashback categories.
Please advise.

Anyone using QC and asked for service tax waiver?
My first month of having the QC and they have charged rm25 to each of my card lol
