I went to use my PBB card today, found that it couldnt go through. Called up the customer service and found that they had blocked my card. They mentioned that they tried calling, but my phone log has no missed calls, neither did i recall missing any too.
I asked for more info on why they blocked my card, and the only thing they could come up with is that the relevant department advised them to do so, because there might be unauthorised transactions on the card. I kept asking for more info, but they keep telling me that they had no other info in regards to the matter, only that they had been advised to do so by their department.
Anyone running into the same issue? They said they blocked my card on Monday. Have two with them, a Visa Signature and a World, had already canceled the visa infinite which came with World
