anyone received barry smith trolley set? how's the quality?

Anyone tried using Pos Online to pay for Syabas? Did you manage to get the cash back (the standard $30 or $38 limit, not the 3x 5x 8x one)? I was trying and noticed that it redirects to PBe and the T&C says no cash back for anything paid with PBe. I just assume that I'll end up paying with JomPay from PBe if I were to use my credit card.

Posonline is so yesterday. Now that we have payonline and jompay I doubt people will use that now.

haha, got pro and cons, if AF based CC, i always prefer AF to be post after the month embossed on the card.

Different banks different system posting. HLB will charged ahead, some other on the same month, Aeon i think is after the month like PBB as well.

Doesn't matter yesterday or tomorrow as long as it works for Syabas, people will use it. Syabas only accepts Pos Online and JomPay, and JomPay no cash back.

That applies here for PBB but UOB has JomPay cashback. And it's so much more convenient to have the amount reflected within a few hours rather than wait a few days.

If you don't need official receipt (ie personal consumption), use PB CC to top up Boost App (no online rebate), use Boost's bill payment, you will get a few % cashback from Shake reward.

posonline doesnt accept cc, even the current redesigned portal.

Email pbb regarding the partial month statement cycle cash back but didnt get any reply from pbb so i just give a call to pbb cs..been told that it wont be entitled cash back for my july transaction( no july statement given) because i already use the max cash back on the month of August(1st statement on 30 August)..PBB cs is unpolite when talk to their customer! This girl rise her voice when talking with me when i want to file a dispute regarding this matter, and she said i cant file a dispute because i already use the max cash back on August..very disappointed.

write in detail and email to them.

put some stressors in the content: PBB not honor cb by statement cycle (put screenshot from website), PBB billing system doesnt generate statement for partial-cycle, etc

Already email last week but didnt get any reply that why i only call PBB cs..Maybe need to email again and see how.

usually take 1-2 weeks, since it requires them to analyze your card spending, propose to mgmt for approval, then credit back the cb.
