usually take 1-2 weeks, since it requires them to analyze your card spending, propose to mgmt for approval, then credit back the cb.

what cashback?

if your usual monthly cashback, it'll be credited exactly on your statement date.

if promo cashback, no fixed schedule. usually slightly after 1 month.

my supposed Aug statement didnt get generated, i filed dispute in Aug, then was advised to wait for Sep actual statement. Follow-up again this week, now waiting for approval/adjustment.

that sentence is just a CTA asking you to visit PBB website for info, NOT to apply. if you view other promo pages, the line is there. only the recent promo already removed that line.

reason is simple: to prevent fraud claims.

1) your supp card is combined-statement with Pricipal or separate-statement?

2) do you have PBe? does your supp cardholder has PBe?

3) in either your PBe or supp cardholder's PBe, can you see the supp card listed?

4) if not, follow this method here or here.

5) if still fail, last resort is to visit branch and bring the supp cardholder (parents) for fingerprint verification there.

Oh ya, one more question, supp card holder must appear at branch to collect the card? Or principal card holder can collect on behalf?

in my experience with supp separate-statement, the card is tied to supp cardholder's nric which in turn tied to PBe. ur parents don't have PBe, u gotta open new PBe and link the card to the new PBe. that is what I did.

however. someone shared before their supp card (separate statement) is linked to his principal PBe. I have no such luck doing this even at PBB branch.


if u don't need PBe, try IVR and activate the card. not sure what the ivr would request for validation. try and see how it goes.

card collection, no idea. all my supp cards delivered via postage.
