Just realised I've been a PBB card member since 2011, and I've never managed to accumulate enough VIP points to redeem anything.

Does anyone know if supp card points can be aggregated with principal, or is it a strictly card-by-card redemption basis?

And d points are valid for 3 years, so b4 u have enough points for redemption they expired.

Just done instant transfer to pay my card due amount, surpringly in less than two hours, it appear in my unbill transaction.

So fast!!!

I went public bank to do the Auto Fund Transfer to my credit card.

No thumb print requeir?? I thought I need verification? I just paid RM10 and submit form only...

just sharing my experience of terminating my card just now.

this card have installment plan and i was wrongly track my installments, thinking since finish installment can cancel my card.

called CS, and were told i still have another 1 installment to go, if im insist to cancel this card, the installment will deemed settlement and RM100 penalty will be impose.

if u have another pbb card then u can ask to transfer there, otherwise no choice.

i do have, but CS did not suggest this to me.

but then im cancel another card which have RM12 credit balance inside (no installment) she said can cancel & transfer to other card.

anyway, since left 1 to go... can wait
