If based on my spending (7x BigPay + 1x Shopee), it seem like Shopee might be the culprit.. anyone get week 6 RM50 cashback with Shopee transaction?

Yeah, I’m sure my Shopee is not on time zone issue as my Shopee is ipay88..so, ur all 8x Shopee is also ipay88 n u swipe early morning?

My spending style also same, my Monday txn mostly BigPay or Shopee from mixture of principal & sup card and I’ve no issue to get RM50 cashback for the past 5 weeks. Only this week didn’t get full..

True, to me, with combination of PBB card feature and spend more campaign with BigPay , I top up every week to BigPay n use bigpay for all my spending.. I would said use the card as normal/ actual spending rather than withdraw it for the sake of cashback.. withdrawal should be happened only if u really in need of cash in Malaysia or only withdraw at oversea for cash use in that country.. Treat BigPay as credit card, n treat BigPay withdrawal as cash advance.. then u will not simply withdraw..

I’m just a real user and I don mind keep the fund in BigPay for my future usage.. but, I really hope this can continue and ppl don’t just top up n withdraw which ended up the good feature is being remove/ revised to cover the “loss”..

Frankly, I don’t mind they disqualified BigPay, I used to plan my bill payment / purchase with PBB on Monday/ Tuesday to get weekly cashback.. but since I have missed cashback in one of the week for Tuesday transaction, I realize that the competition is too tough with BigPay users.. so, I have no choice but to follow the trend and aim all my transaction to BigPay n pay my bill with BigPay with the top up..

Like some sifu here raised, “real spending” user will have lesser chance to get cashback with the eligibility of BigPay top up..

N I’m also the victim of missing cashback from some of the week 6-10 despite I do it b4 11am..

If normal spending user never get cashback from this campaign, I don think they will spend for this campaign..

N I believe most of us who join the campaign with BigPay, after top up 8x, then will keep the card till next monday. N PBB is giving 10+% for BigPay users n discourage real spending users..

Anyway, I’m also same boat with everyone.. I do hope this campaign continue n BigPay still eligible since all my transactions for this campaign is BigPay too..

If they invest in a system to handle this, that’s mean this will be permanent campaign.. yet, no bank will do that as the system cost more unless it is a card feature..

Yeah, my understanding same as cybpsych, n my friend who applied PBVS in Aug for this promo got the sms for the Shopee code after 3 weeks she fulfilled the minimum spending.. not sure is ur promotion flyer is newly updated after Sept?

Any retail transactions, petrol yes. Refer clause 16


16. get full cashback for both week 12 & 13:

Week 12 (17 Sep 2018): 4x shopee; 4x bigpay, last txn was around 10:30am
Week 13 (24 Sep 2018): 6x Shopee; 2x Bigpay, last txn was around 8:40 am
