I am thinking maybe PB will really consider to declare BP topup as not retail transaction, means no more issue for them.

This is like reporting a loophole to them as only 600 BP user will exhaust the RM30,000 each week. even before 10 am of each Monday morning.
Anyway, we will see as we still have till 31 Dec 2018 for this campaign and maybe excluding BP will be meeting their real objective to all real retail spender.
if wrongly counted, excluding bp wont fix the issue anyway. later users shift to shopee (and you propose to ban it again?), then users shift to other platforms, and ban it again?. this cycle will not end

I went to BNM today to register for eCCRIS and took the opportunity to print my latest CCRIS (up to 31.08.18).
I saw PBB application dated only yesterday but in fact it has reached PBB on last Thursday with the status of "Pending" and with a proposed CL which is the highest among all my approved cards.
Oh well, "Pending" doesn't mean anything, it can be rejected later. Still, holding on to the last hope.

*Fingers crossed*
At least now I can view my CCRIS at my convenience...
make sense though. submission to their dept only internal/paperwork. submission to ccris could only happen after they key in the application details into their system.
2nd level approval will give a final assessment whether to approve or reject.
