If I have both Quantum Visa and Quantum Master, am I still eligible to get the max RM30 CB for EACH card at RM600 spending on EACH card, OR does the CB divided equally to both card which means max RM15 CB EACH card at COMBINED spending of RM600 on BOTH cards??? 

You can register for PAC at branch.

You can reg for online banking with your CC...then can setup you pac liao

If your PBe is set up using new CC without any physical visit to the bank before... you don't have PAC.. for PAC need thumbprint verification.

Go to PB branch, do the PAC. You need to do thumbprint verification.

Then you should have already done it? I created my PBe with the VS, then when QM arrived I had to go bank to do the PAC thingy and then add card.

Alamak, you verified but didn't register PAC. Mine was another error message, it says I don't have access to this facility haha...

It's just a bit strange that your phone is not registered or if you haven't done any of the transaction listed above.

Maybe you can just try their helpdesk and see what they have to say?

PAC is required for the following transactions:

Fund transfer to other PBB accounts
Interbank GIRO (IBG)/Instant Transfer/RENTAS
Bill Payment
Investment
eFD placement and withdrawal
Prepaid top-up
Direct debit/ payment agent
FPX
Foreign remittance
Fund transfer to own accounts for daily aggregate more than RM5,000.00
Western Union transfers

Like this I think you can still try check with their helpdesk, just to see if can save you a trip to the bank.

If PAC registration is required, from my experience with every bank, they want you to do with a credit or debit card to ensure you're you. If you don't have any card, some bank allows the use of temporary PIN, but you still need to be there for thumbprint. I remember I got mine this way, since I didn't own any public bank cards when I got my online account.

Other banks will tell you to apply for one, "very cheap only, $8 a year".

Can credit card can register without CASA and visit branch? Is it possible? Just need check bill only.

possibly your card met the annual usage to get a cash reward 

wa so many reload at mid night, just complete around 720 no glitch at all.

BTW any one have this problem, use master card but PB gave cashback to visa card.
