after usage of my Quantum cards for > 6 mths, overall I'm satisfied...
but very very seldom use Quantum visa though.. most of the time swipe Quantum master only for online/dining laugh.gif
thinking to cancel my Quantum visa hmm.gif

Hi guys,
I just received the card application succeed SMS, and previously i chose to self collect at one of their branch.
Wanna ask, can i directly go and collect the card on the same day or do i have to wait few days?

usually pbb wont call to collect. but the sms will said allow 3 working days for collection.

after 3 working days, u just call in the branch to check if cards arrive, they will mentioned to u which counter directly Q for.

Your cards to branch is already pre-activated. unlike those delivery to home or office, need to call or sms to activated.

So they have to wait the card send from the HQ or they can make it at the branch?

Usually it's the HQ that embossed the card and forward to branch for collection.

Normally in the T&C stated you cant get gift from both side.

It's either Ringgitplus or PBB promotion.
