charging and billing are 2 separate matters.

PBB already wrongly (prematurely) charged you SST, so billing on "next month bill" is invalid.

ask cs to file official report for mgmt review. if multiple attempts yields the same refusal by CS/mgmt, escalate to bnm and/or rmcd.

that is maxis' payment gateway timezone difference.

unless you are sure of your transactions' timing, reduce doing transaction during wee hours.
