PBB is generous in this regard,  they will still award u if u r entitled regardless whether CB pool depleted.

May I know how VIP point if calculate ? I reload BigPay didnt get, may be is reasonable however, I pay to lazada 509 only get 495.75. why?

You guys mean service charge will be imposed even if we deposit our hard earned money into our savings account through CDM ?! Seriously? Or it is just for paying of credit card via CDM ??

We're so 'backwards' it's unbelievable.. And mind you this is our financial sector, where it is already quite 'advanced' in Malaysian terms and if you compare with the other industries.. I remember I could literally opt for cashback at a small convenience store (not even a chain store) in the UK 10 years ago with a debit card and it's so common that you sort of expect these things to be the norm there..

I was once queue-in up behind a lady to pay. the cashier ask the lady "paywave?". her next response was very epic. She responded with very frantic way" No No No No No. use pin". the "No" she repeated with a scare and very long NO. i was like " how can malaysia maju like this       

hi all , i just get my Pbb VS . so does the cashback rule of VS same as Amex? which is based on posting date?

Did not get my week 10 CB. Last transaction was 7.56am =(

Anyone managed to appeal for the missing CB?

I already called and emailed... no way those 7am are getting cash back but mine are 1am get nothing.

Customer service also checked that my last transaction done at 1am, she will help me escalate to the department manage this campaign.

Previous also received rm15 instead of rm50 due to 4x Maxis transactions done at 12.30am and system captured as Sunday. Called and escalated, PBB credited another rm35 to my card.

I didnt get CB week 9 and 10 as well and juz now called CS, she said if "speed transaction" under same merchant within few minutes will be disqualified for the CB. But "speed transaction" among different merchant is allow. And the definition of "speed transaction" = within few minutes, and if want qualify for the CB better swipe transaction within hour. I don know whether this is new implemented TNC or not, but i get all CB previously except w9 and 10. Anyone can clarify this?
