anyone here has the experience of applying new principal / supp quantum card that come with visa and mastercard but cancel immediately the visa card before activation?

still need to pay the SST for visa card if do so?

i don't think you need to pay for the SST if you are not going to use the service they provided

I believe as long as the card number is generated and it will need to pay the tax.

I think the ideal solution is to call customs and ask, followed by an email for black and white. Have to explain to customs that some offers require to apply for 2 cards at once but we only need one. See what they say. Think I'll drop them an email when I have the time.

You guys will have to do yourself as well, as I don't think you can use my mail and send to your bank, assuming that they say upon activation.

this apply to existing as well, if you do not wish to continue using it for the 2nd year, they can't charge u the SST as well.
some bank will try to keep u as customer and bear the SST by themselves.

Is there any way to submit the PB supplementary card online? I read the form it mention to send to any branch or HQ.

If there is, can I know which email I send to?

And to get separate rebate, I need to select separate statement right? Thanks in advance,
