is the PB visa signature swipe 12 times for annual fee waiver still valid? i check in PB website charges and they didn't mention about waiver of 12 times swipe.

get BP and use BP to top up tng, confirm can get CB and eligible for CB campaign

no issue, waiver condition is still in effect.

shouldnt be issue since the MCC (below) is not in exclusion. try lor biggrin.gif

however, i reload kiplepay from bigpay instead of direct reload from cc. at least i dont waste it on kiplepay with too much balance inside, and only trickle-reload from bigpay if needed.

Is there any charges if my BP insufficient balance to make payment? Because some card will charge u if you swipe your card with insufficient balance without notice.

At least PB cancelled off the GST charges along. I looky see a friend's Astro bill with SST, the $3 paper bill was rebated but still need to pay 20 cents for the SST portion of the paper bill. Don't know what happened with GST back then.

To be clear, I'm just referring to the paper bill's charges, not the Astro charges.

Can. In the application form, beside the quantum card tickbox, write it in words "ONLY QUANTUM MASTERCARD"
