If salary up.. the obvious increase is cost of delivery.

Malaysian is actually underpaid in all sector even cleaner in Singapore earn RM3k+

why the need of increase in cost of delivery?
their company are making so much money than before yet unwilling to expand

RM1.3k, it's no wonder so many complain abt undelivered parcel

problem is they're not willing to expand, even with business booming
if they don't even want to increase their dispatch's salary, what makes u think they would open more collection point laugh.gif

They can say what ever they want. increase tarriff and far more expensive than other postal service yet still can hold back their staff. Citylink and airpak service far more better and cheaper.
