Hi, Im using TP-Link AC1200 which is provided by TM, and connect with TP-Link homeplug, my modem on firsg floor and router on ground floor. I found that my router will almost everyday not connected to internet, but still can watch HyppTV programme, it usually will turn back to normal if I restart my router (not modem), it almost everyday and at least 2-3 times or more will have this situation. May I know this issue is because Im using home plug as the internet connection mighf not stable, or is my modem/settings have any faulty which will cause this issue?

Everyday need to restart at least one time is very trouble, sometimes it suddenly not connect to internet while Im sending files. I will off my router everyday b4 i go to off. Is it has anybody here facing same issue, and is it has any solution?

Thank you. smile.gif

Nope. It is the router issue, not much you can do about it. Firmware ans hardware issues. Most people had this porhelm here with that router. Change your router to the TP-Link Archer C7 v5 or v4, and it will stop happening.

Change the router.. the router provided by TM pretty incapable handling medium task..

If I'm not mistaken, its due to the ram and processor that cause the issue u facing. I was using the same model and frustrated from those issue hence lookup the net and changed router..

Satisfy.. no nd restart router, no internet, sluggish connection

I tot it is because Im using Homeplug, and thinking to move my modem back to upstairs, as I can watch hypptv, only hv issue on internet connection…

Get a router with great wireless coverage, and move it to wherever you want, and you still still get good wireless signal.
