Only getting 200Mbps on 5Ghz and 80Mbps on 2.4Ghz for 500Mbps turbo upgrade. And tested while standing right in front of the router. What the heck??!

My bill for 50mbps plus ultimate pack still rm151. No drop yet. TM is making a monkey out of the minister.

Ada lah. Haha. Speed not yet turbo. And I have the email confirmation while others that didn't have already get the turbo upgrade. What kind of lame ass TM is this. Price no cut but cannot deliver on their service upgrade also. We pay good money monthly and they act like we owe them for it.

Does this mean that we can change our current overpriced plan to the new one?

now im on 500mbps turbo package rm179( no more contract)  want to change to 100mbps rm129 plan.

i did ask the live chat
- still can use current STB box to watch on TV
- contract will be renewed , include those off contract or still on contract
- no new devices will be given if u are existing unifi subcriber unless the old devices didnt support the 100mbps speed. new subscriber will getting all new equipment for free.

the only things i dont like is that even i off contract now, TM wont give me new wifi router even thou im playing same price as the new subscriber.
those equipments ( wifi + dect phone) price around rm300-500.
kinda not fair since i will paying same price as new subscriber and getting contract renew but i didnt get new devices, no device warranty.

any1 here upgrade to 100mbps / rm129 plan and getting new devices ?

if u now ultimate pack and ruby plus. u can removed it. but if u have ruby plus only, u can't removed coz this pakej with ur unifi.
