Not sure about RGX4400, but last time I complain my RG212M 's Wifi couldn't reach upstairs, TM gave me TP-Link C1200. Now it's Wifi already max out at 200mbps. Time for new router I guess.

LOL,now you did cat5e test and reset port, why not you just trust me again with buy new router?

Yes, it's expensive but that is only way to cover your 20x80 house with turbo wifi speed.
read above, he mentioned 20x80 house, normal 5Ghz range just 10-15 ft.
*
Several methods to do this:
1. One powerful, expensive router to cover the entire house
2. Single router, multiple Wifi APs, connected by gigabit cables, or Powerline adapters
3. Single router, multiple Wifi APs, connected by Powerline adapters
4. Mesh Wifi system (including ASUS AI Mesh)

All 3 methods have pros/cons:

1. Easiest to do. Still doesn't guarantee great Wifi speed across entire house.
2. Great Wifi speed everywhere. Harder to config. Need to lay cables.
3. Great coverage & good Wifi speed everywhere. Powerline subject to electrical interference.
4. Great Wifi speed everywhere if correct mesh position. Easy config.

Lucky you can use 40MHz width on 2.4GHz band without overlapping.

I'm using C1200 too, and managed to get 200mbps download on 5GHz N.
